ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE & IDENTITY TRANSFORMATION We work with teams to shift organizational culture to be more inclusive and aligned with the identity capital frameworks. We also facilitate internal Change Management Readiness assessments and tools to benchmark collective readiness for culture change workflows. Lastly, we measure growth and adjust initiatives and strategies through our DEI Dashboard. This tech tool allows for ongoing monitoring of leadership actions and progress in a way that's healthy and inclusive.

Schools and other public serving entities cannot window dress. They have to communicate their assets authentically and with intent. Are we growing enrollment?
